  They have such beautiful items. Unfortunately, the staff who served us today at 2.30pm is extremely rude. She is the lady who is wearing glasses, she could be the owner or staff not sure.
  
  I feel very intimidated and somehow feel like she is attacking us by her word and her expression. Somehow I also feel like she is being racist toward us just because we dont wear nice clothes and we dont have that western look but this doesn't give her a right to being mean toward us especially toward my mum 60 years old lady. She just wanted to tell that staff which item she would like to see , the staff yelled out STOP STOP . i mean wow . i don't know maybe that the way she talks to people (i just never experienced this elsewhere). Yes I myself tried to see one of the crystal and yes i touch it to find the price (there is not price tag on the table) i am sorry I didn't read the sign. on this note its probably on me. BUT this doesn't give that staff to run toward me and talked rudely.. like i am a child or someone from other planet. the look she gave me no one would gave a word to describe.
  
  It is really sad I know mum like their items and I wanted to buy something there but i don't know i could tolerate the staff's rudeness (see no one should really judge someone by cover). It sucks . I am extremely disappointed. I wish i could go back buy few items there but ...I don't know . Customer service is a key. I don't know maybe this place is doing really well so maybe it is not necessary to care for more customers .
