- A Google User Added September 29, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆While the Lodge is large and in a very pretty setting, we were disappointed with our recent visit. Myself and my two sisters and our children stayed there during the school holidays. We thought it was very over-priced at $920 per mid-week night. The kitchen is old and not very practical, one of the fires wasn't working properly, the swing in the yard was unsafe for children and there were not even tea or coffee supplied. Also, our booking experience with the DAS was poor, with mis-information given to us and mistakes made when taking deposits.
We will look somewhere else next time.
