    I don't usually leave bad reviews and its a shame as this is a nice house and I am sure the hosts aren't bad people but they should know how to advertise properly. When I saw a place advertised as a Luxury 3 Bedroom House I jumped at the chance.
    The confirmed room request which came under my booking after paying was '8 large twin beds'. The base rate we paid according to the site was for 6 guests.
    Got to the house, all excited for my weekend away and the upstairs room was locked. You wouldn't expect this seeing as this seems like the best room of the house and comes with a balcony as seen in the pictures.
    I sent an email to the hosts asking if this could be unlocked so we could have access to this, and I received no response. I got sent an email by the the next day, ignoring my question and asking how everything was. So I sent another one asking if this could be opened for our last night. And again, received absolutely no response.
    Upon leaving, I emailed again when they asked how my stay was. I said I didn't get replies to either of my emails and may have to leave a bad review about it all. They finally emailed back and advised I was left a voicemail message, but I have no record of a voicemail on my phone. I told them this shouldn't have happened as its false advertising and asked if they can rectify this. They advised ' We indeed offered you the best bedrooms. Not one but two..' which to me is not great customer service.
    It's hardly breaking the bank on their part by having upstairs unlocked.
    I doubt they are going to change the advertisement so just be advised, If there's less than eight of you, you won't get the full house as advertised.
